Dr. Ray, I am a former hockey player, and have sustained multiple hits on my head, and alot of strain on my back. I have been told I have a subluxation in my cervical vertebrae by a physical therapist, along with a few exercises which never really helped my neck pain. Now I also have lower back pain. I'm thinking of an evaluation at one of the UCC clinics. What say you?
You certainly sound like a good Upper Cervical case. A subluxation always starts with some kind of trauma, which it sounds like you've obviously experienced, then it is made worse with additional stresses, physical, chemical and emotional.
