Dr. Thad Vuagniaux
Dr. Thad S Vuagniaux was born and raised in Edwardsville, IL. He graduated of the University of Illinois with a B.S. degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Sports Medicine. He received his Doctorate degree from Logan College and Upper Cervical Training and Certification from the Kale Research Institute. He is the Co-Founder and Chief Operations Officer for Upper Cervical Health Centers, Inc. (UCHC), which is the largest Upper Cervical Healthcare provider in the world, with offices in the United States and Europe. UCHC is a leader in Upper Cervical Research and is currently working with some of the leading researchers in Europe.
Dr. Vuagniaux currently serves as a Director on the International Chiropractic Association’s Council for Upper Cervical Care. He has practiced in the Edwardsville/Glen Carbon area for the past 18 years with his wife, brother and associate doctor (Drs. Nikki, Nathan and Michael Knecht).
Dr. Matthew J. Strazewski
Dr. Matthew J. Strazewski (Dr. Straz) is originally from the Quad City area in Eldridge, IA. He has lived a chiropractic/wellness lifestyle his entire life with his father being an upper cervical Professor at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA. He has been under upper cervical care since birth. He is an alumnus of the University of Iowa and later completed his chiropractic education back in Davenport, IA graduating Magna Cum Laude from Palmer College of Chiropractic; the premier fountainhead of upper cervical chiropractic. He has been performing upper cervical care for over five years, including his clinical training with a leading upper cervical researcher, Dr. Todd Hubbard. While in school he we was a certified personal trainer and fitness director educating his clients how to live a healthy and active lifestyle. He also has a strong rehab background which he utilizes in giving his patients specific at home exercises once they are ready so that they get quicker relief and the best possible upper cervical care.
In his free time, Dr. Straz likes to spend time with his friends and family, exercise, hike, camp, and spend time in nature. It is his mission to educate his patients in the value of upper cervical chiropractic, nutrition, exercise, and wellness so that they may move well, eat well, think well, and truly BE well.
